Sealed bids for 2021 Armor Coat Project, Cherry County, Nebraska - North Ashby Road two locations. The contract provides for approximately Alternate 1: North Ashby Road 45,760 SY 6.0 Miles x 13 Feet Armor Coat Applied Alternate 2: North Ashby Road 91,520 SY 12.0 Miles x 13 Feet Armor Coat Applied Conditional or qualified bids will not be accepted. Bids will be received and evaluated on a per square yard price basis. No bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date fixed for opening bids. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the total bid price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Information for Bidders. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bids and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make awards on bids that furnish the materials and construction that will, in its opinion, serve the best interests of Cherry County, Nebraska. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any or all bids. It is the Owner's desire to have this work completed in Construction Season 2021.
