Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all the required documentation and information. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton, Municipal Utilities Department (City) is seeking a proposal from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for Land Surveying Services to use for the development, design, and mapping of City infrastructure for the Water Main Relocation along Bonniebrook Drive Project in Stockton, California. The Consultant shall provide services to the City including, but not limited to, control surveys, design and topographic surveys, boundary survey utilities surveys, and the preparation of survey documents including, but not limited to, survey field notes, topographic and drawings, and other related survey documents. Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any sub-consultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City; provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
