Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to CEDA or by certified check or letter of credit upon a solvent bank in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount in favor of CEDA. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the application of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts requirements, various insurance requirements, Section 3 requirements, and equal opportunity provisions.
