***CONTRACTORS MUST OBTAIN BID DOCUMENTS FROM MUSKINGUM COUNTY AND BE ADDED TO THEIR PLAN HOLDERS LIST IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO BID ON THIS PROJECT. For guardrail improvements on various roads, MUS-C.R.VARGR-FY2022 (ODOT PID 105928) to be constructed with federal funds, administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Bidders shall be required to submit a current Ohio Dept. of Transportation Certification of Qualifications, which shows they are currently qualified to perform guardrail improvements. Only ODOT pre-qualified contractors are eligible to submit bids for this project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in accordance with O.R.C. 153.54 and in the form as prescribed in O.R.C. 153.57 or O.R.C. 153.571. The Muskingum County Commissioners reserve the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
