Renovate and Expand Building/Construct Cold Storage Buildings MBE/FBE Subcontracting and Supplier Goals Apply A PLA is required for this project GOALS: The participation goal percentages on the amount of the contract awarded by CDB for this project are: 6% MBE, 3% WBE and 2% VBE goals The scope of work provides for constructing a new, approximate 42'x78'x18' cold storage building, including overhead doors, pedestrian doors, new electrical service, lighting, and concrete floor. This work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical services as needed.
