This project will be Phase 2 of a two phase building HVAC sustainment project at the 1776 Readiness Center, Lincoln, NE. Phase 1 Construction was recently completed. The Project for Phase 2 consists of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, licenses and permits to replace the remaining HVAC systems that were not replaced in Phase 1 with matching Variable Refrigerant Flow heating and cooling systems at the main level and second level. The existing heating and cooling systems are to be abandoned in place unless noted in the drawings for removal. The Project also addresses interior finishes and configurations related to the above mentioned renovation work as part of the base bid. The work will take place while not having to displace the current occupants during the work process. Estimated completion is 365 days from the Notice to Proceed.
