As provided for in Section 22300 of the California Public Contract Code, the CONTRACTOR may substitute securities for any monies withheld by the AGENCY to ensure performance under the contract. The AGENCY reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals, to waive any irregularity, and to take all Bid Proposals under advisement for a period of sixty days.
