2021 Slurry Seal Project. All questions/inquiries regarding this project shall be directed to the Design Engineer through the Civcast USA website by Thursday , July 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. CST. Questions that result in changes to the project documents will be answered in writing in the form of an addendum. Bid Documents, as indicated in Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders , as well as a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Kerrville, Texas, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the contract and bond will be entered into within ten (10) days after the award is made No bids will be accepted after 3:00 p.m. on the date of bid opening. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the scheduled closing time for filing the bids. A Performance/Payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price will be required upon award of the contract Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, including non-conforming, non-responsive, or conditional Bids. The Owner may also reject the Bid of any Bidder if the Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Owner to make an award to that Bidder. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities.
