The total number of proposed calendar days for construction through completion, ready for turnover shall not exceed the benchmark duration of 1620 calendar days. OPPD is the provider of electrical utility service at Offutt AFB. Electrical connections to the project site will be constructed by OPPD. All costs associated with this work will be paid by the Contractor directly to OPPD. The Government will fully reimburse the Contractor for all costs associated with electrical connections made by OPPD, as listed in Item 0005, except for any additional costs incurred as a direct result of Contractor negligence.
