Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Design plans call for the construction of a 27,000-square-foot, two-story above grade library; for site work for a library; and one-story above grade municipal facility.

The Tier 1, Phase 1 development are will include a new 27,000 square foot library that will offer improved resources, an outdoor plaza and municipal offices on the third floor. As of February 8, 2023, the Township is currently evaluating development proposals. In October 2022, the project received a $4M state grant. Project is anticipated to cost $13 million. A design team has been identified. Those properties and rights of way are commonly known as Block 1601, Lots 13 & 14, Bartle Avenue Right of Way, Block 1104, Lot 16, Block 1105 Lots 1.02 & 1.03, Senger Place Right of Way, Block 1501, Lots 10 & 11 and Block 1201, Lot 31.02 on the tax map of the Township of Scotch Plains, Union County, State of New Jersey.
