The purpose of the Project is to create premises for the Owner, over a total area of approximately 10,000 m2 (110,000 ft2) spread over 5 floors, a basement level and a steel shed. This building will consist of the future design department, classrooms, computer laboratories as well as offices for teachers and students. A roof with terrace and market gardening will also be integrated. The Project is subdivided into three (3) lots: Lot # 1 - Decontamination and demolition Completed in spring 2020 Lot # 2 - Excavation and support January 2021 to +- September 2021 Lot # 3 - General construction September 2021 to February 2023 Intergovernmental agreements The following Agreements apply to this call for tenders: Canadian Free Trade Agreement Agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick Trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario .
