As of 10/14/2021, the bids for this project have been rejected. License Requirements: The successful Bidders and subcontractors will be required to have current and active California Contractors Licenses at the time of submission of the Bid: Licenses required: B (with a Myrtha certified C-53 licensed subcontractor) Bid Security Required: 10% of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal in the form of Bid Bond, Cash, or Certified or Cashiers Check. Bonds Required: Performance and Labor & Materials 100%. Pre-bid Inquiries due by August 25, 2021 before 10:00 a.m. e. Email to Trevor Mason at tmason.bmt@lbcc.edu with a copy to with a copy to JBeltran@lbcc.edu, BMorales@lbcc.edu, and MPadron@lbcc.edu. Remove and replace damaged pool liner at Building R, repair crack/leaks in joint mastic at pool corners, pool cover motor, assisted lift chair, and repaint surrounding area. Project has been cancelled due to bid rejected.
