Without being limited to it, the work briefly includes the resurfacing in flexible warm paving, including a correction layer over +- 1.45 km, as well as all other related work including various repair and other work necessary for the complete execution of the planned works. . Only contractors who have requested plans, specifications and tender documents on their behalf, whose principal place of business is located in Quebec, Ontario or New Brunswick, and who hold a license under the Law on the professional qualification of building contractors. These bonds must be equal to fifty percent (50%) each of the cost of the tender. The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the procurement or award process for public bodies is July 21, 2021.
