Bids will be opened and publicly read during the Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 in the Commissioners Court Room, Rusk County Courthouse, Henderson, Texas. PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined without charge in the office of the County Judge. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined and or obtained at the office of Stokes & Associates, Inc., 205 S. Marshall Street, Henderson, Texas 75654. One hard copy of each set of documents may be purchased from Stokes & Associates, Inc., upon payment of $30.00. Digital copies may be obtained at no charge. No refunds will be made. The project basically consists of the following:Installation of approximately 9,600 square yards of Single Course Seal Coat Surface Treatment and miscellaneous base repair with HMAC in Tatum, Rusk County, Texas. The Contractor will be required to use the unit pricing provide for in the Bid Proposal.
