Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Price, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and warehouse / distribution facility.
The SEUALG has outgrown the space available and intends to construct a new administration building, weatherization warehouse, food bank and transit hub. New SEUALG buildings key features are as follows: The new SEUALG buildings will be located near the Carbon County Fairgrounds Complex. The administration building, warehouse, food bank and transit hub will be located on a 4.04-acre parcel with flat ground and utilities located nearby. The administration building will be approximately 13,000 - 14,500 SF. The administration building will include a fully finished main level. Approximately 35 office spaces will be needed on the main floor as well as two small conference rooms, one large conference room, break room, reception area, restrooms, copy room, etc. Parking lot with approximately 80 spaces for administrative building. The weatherization warehouse, food bank and transit hub will consist of a separate 8,000 - 10,000 SF building. The warehouse will include two large bays for vehicle storage, office spaces, restrooms, and warehouse space. Parking lot with approximately 40 spaces for food bank, weatherization warehouse and transit hub. Loading dock for tractor trailers for the delivery of food. The construction budget is not to exceed $6.9 million. Proposals will be presented during the August SEUALG Governing Board Meeting on August 26, 2021. The SEUALG Governing Board may not elect to accept a proposal at the board meeting on August 26, 2021.
