Renovation of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of March 30, 2023 an architect has been identified. Construction timeline is unknown. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Scope of work includes design services through completion of construction. The University at Buffalo plans on hiring a consultant for the design and construction administration for the renovation of the Dental School clinics within Squire Hall. The areas that will be part of the project include: Orthodontics & Orofacial Pain Clinics Pediatric Clinic Pediatric Special Needs Clinic Urgent Care Clinic The Predoctoral Clinics Design services for the renovation of clinical spaces in Squire Hall (Dental School) South Campus. Design will result in five (5) separate construction bids, one for each of the clinics in need of renovation Anticipated effective start date is October 4, 2021 and the anticipated completion date is August 31, 2026 Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Questions concerning this RFQ package shall be addressed in writing to: Marty Spence mspence@buffalo.edu Procurement Services , 224 Crofts Hall, Buffalo NY 14260 The total project budget is $15 Million The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time .
