Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently accepting bids for NEW PCCA RAIL SERVICE FACILITY. Potential bidders may obtain Contract Documents through the PCCAs procurement website The scope of work includes providing and installing a pre-engineered metal building warehouse, modular office building, sidewalk, parking, site grading, utility infrastructure and other related site improvements. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/2/2021 5:00 PM Contractor will achieve Substantial Completion of the Project within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed date. It is anticipated this contract will be awarded at the PCCA commission meeting of August 2021. It is further anticipated that the Notice to Proceed will be issued upon execution of the Agreement in September 2021.
