Renovation of a transportation facility in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The South Coast British Columbia Transportation Authority ("TransLink") anticipates proceeding with the Brentwood SkyTrain Station Upgrade (the "Project"). The scope of the Project consists of expansion and improvements to the existing facilities at Brentwood SkyTrain Station (the "Station") located at 4533 Lougheed Highway, Burnaby, to increase the passenger capacity, update the public and crew areas (collectively the "Work"). TransLink intends to gauge interest from the marketplace and to pre-qualify General Contractors for Brentwood SkyTrain Station Upgrades as applicable that will become the "Pre-Qualified List" to potentially participate in the selection processes for one or more contracts. TransLink may also seek information from the Pre-Qualified List for TransLink's use in finalizing future solicitations processes related to this Project.
