Description

Demolition and site work for a medical facility in High Prairie, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 124,861-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Design-Build services in relation to abatement and complete demolition of the old High Prairie Health Complex buildings, which includes the J.B. Woods building and EMS garage. Demolition and termination of all utilities that service the property and demolished buildings, at the property line. Property to be backfilled, compacted, graded and hydroseeded. Grading and storm management civil systems installed acceptable to the Town of High Prairie. Property to be surveyed. Submit survey as as-built drawings. Bid values not released for publication.
