Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work under the proposed contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after the date set forth in the written Notice to Proceed and shall be performed regularly and diligently throughout the duration of the project. All work shall be completed within fifty (50) working days. Working days will be accumulated concurrently from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
