The Health and Human Services Commission for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division ("HSCS"), is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor ("Contractor") to provide general construction and construction administration services to the Owner for Project No. 20-024-TSH, Roof Replacement for Building 650 - Walkway and Building 683 - Greenhouse (the "Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.
