NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals are sought and requested by the Skaneateles Central School District for Work of Multiple Prime Contracts consisting of Alterations to the District Building listed below in accordance with Drawings, Specifications, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Architects, 125 East Jefferson Street, 15 th Floor, Syracuse, New York 13202. Bids are requested for the following Prime Contracts: MECHANICAL Work High School Middle School N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-16-01-06-0-001-030 Transportation Facility N.Y.S.E.D. No. 42-16-01-06-5-013-004 As bid security, each proposal shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond made out to Owner, in accordance with amounts and terms described in INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject, any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) calendar days of actual date of opening thereof.
