**As of March 8,2022, the project was awarded to Budget Renovations & Roofing Inc., awarded amount is $428,279.00** Project: This project improvements to the Township Community Center's existing gymnasium roof, located at 2900 Farmersville Road, Bethlehem PA 18020, includes; the replacement of the existing Kalwal partitions on the project east, west and south sides. The existing roof insulation adjacent to the gym walls will be removed down to the metal deck that is to remain, and replaced with R-30 roof insulation. The Kalwal partitions will be removed and replaced with a new insulated infilled partition including a single skin metal panel on the exterior. There will be no work on the remainder of the building. The project includes no change of the use group. Results of the bidding may be reviewed by Bidders on the PennBid website. The apparent low bidder must submit to the Architect the originals of the Bidding Documents, including original form of security within two (2) business days from the date of the bid opening. Bids shall remain open for a period of 30 days from the date of Bid opening. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for ten (10) percent of the Bid total. Bidders, subcontractors, their workers and any persons providing labor and products to the Project shall be persons lawfully permitted to work in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a precondition of being awarded a Contract, Successful Bidder, and its subcontractor(s) are required, to provide confirmation of compliance with Act 127 of 2012, the "Public Works Employment Verification Act". Questions via the website will be accepted until 12:00 P.M, prevailing time, on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. All work must be completed within ninety (90) days of Notice to Proceed with on-site construction.
