Work of the project of which work of this contract is a part, is comprised of but not limited to, the following; .1 Selective demolition, complete demolition of existing corridor and two (2) portables as noted on the Drawings. - including the removal of concrete, grade beams, piles, etc. Confirm all existing site conditions before proceeding with the work. .2 The installation of a protective temporary secure fence around the construction area. .3 The Preparation of site to suit installation of two new modular units 'A' types to the existing cluster remaining. .4 Coordinating the installation of the screw piles to support the new modular classrooms. .5 The transport, placement, and installation of 2 premanufactured NOBLE modular classroom unit from location of manufacture at #11 - 31264 HWY 2A, Mountainview County, AB T0M 0W0 to final placement destination at 75 Akins Dr, St. Albert, AB T8N 3A5. .1 Contractor to include all costs for the transportation of the new modular from the plant to the school site. .2 Contractor to coordinate all transportation routes with all municipalities through which the transport will occur. .3 Contractor to include all costs required for the placement of the modular classroom including any roller jacking or crane costs - see 01 21 00 - Allowances. .6 The connection and set up of two (2) new modular classroom including skirting, and flashings. .7 Construct one (1) new exterior stair. .8 Modifications to the existing outdoor areas as indicated on the Drawings. .9 Repair any damage to hard or soft landscaped areas to the existing school site. .10 All associated structural, mechanical and electrical work.
