Furnish Trash Removal and Dumpsters for Various Monmouth County Locations for the Period January 1, 2022 Through December 31, 2023 In addition to the notices, the actual revisions or addenda will also be posted to Purchasing's website. Bids must be made on standard RFB forms in the manner designated and required by the specifications; enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, designating the name of the bid on the outside, addressed to the Director of Purchasing. Bids must be accompanied by an original consent of surety in which the surety company agrees to post a Contract Bond or, if permitted in the General Conditions, a Performance Bond only, for 100% of the contract amount, if the contract is awarded to its principal. A further guaranty (surety) accompanying all bids shall be given in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) made payable to the Treasurer of the County of Monmouth given in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or original Bid Bond from a reputable insurance company. THIS 10% GUARANTY IS MANDATORY. THIS IS AN OPEN-END SUPPLY CONTRACT. The County may terminate the contract whenever the amount incurred under the contract exceeds the maximum number of units. The Contractor will be required to comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 (Anti-Discrimination in Employment), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C.17:27 et seq. (Equal Employment Opportunity), 42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq. (Americans with Disabilities Act), N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. and (New Jersey Business Registration).
