Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Scope of work shall include a prefab covered shade structure to provide shelter for a concrete stage and site furnishings. An elevated concrete stage below the shade structure with ramp and stair access. Extended concrete paving surfaces for stage spill out. A concrete ribbon and crushed stone paving area in front of the existing mural wall for ADA access. Additional connections installed in an existing electrical panel for sound and stage lighting.
