The Billingsley Property is located at 34000 Loma Prieta Road, Los Gatos, CA. The Burton Property is located approximately 0.4 miles to the North of the Billingsley Property, along Mt. Umunhum - Loma Prieta Road; it does not have a site address. Mt. Umunhum - Loma Prieta road can be accessed from both Loma Prieta Road from the South and Mt. Umunhum Road from the North. Access to Mt. Umunhum - Loma Prieta road is restricted by locked gates from both directions. Project Budget Total project cost is estimated at approximately $400,000.00, which includes the cost of General Conditions, mobilization, remediation, salvage, and demolition & associated site restoration.
