The tender forms and the documents setting out the conditions to be respected or known are contained in the document which is available by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service . The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all bids. The municipality reserves the right to withdraw certain parts of the contract and will also not be liable to any prosecution or claim for costs or losses suffered as a result of such a decision. The contract is awarded by decision of the municipal council, at its sole discretion, and the council cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution. award is subject to final approval.
