Olds College's is seeking a General Contractor(s) who can start work immediately after contract award and begin work in March 2022, working aggressively to evaluate the purchasing of materials and other work start dates. The existing 11,000 sf farm shop is run down after years of service and is not properly designed for today's Smart Farm. The College's Smart Agriculture program is growing, equipment storage and workspace is needed, and Olds College requires various facilities such as storage space, field workspace and laboratory space to support institutional plans.
