Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogers, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project Description: Centennial Park will be located on 110 S 1st St, Rogers, AR 72756 adjacent to Parkside Public restaurant in downtown Rogers and will incorporate sitework, concrete pads, miscellaneous metals, site furnishings, canopies, pavers and landscaping. Any questions or RFI's regarding this project must be sent in writing to james.monhollon@nabholz.com by 12:00 PM on August 31, 2022. A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. All bids shall be submitted in accordance with all state, regulatory, and licensing requirements, and all requirements of the Construction Manager's Manual. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid. Nabholz Construction Services and the City of Rogers reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz Construction Services encourages all small, minority-owned, women-owned, or disadvantaged business enterprises to submit bids on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
