The +/- 885 SF restroom facility includes: Concrete foundation & footings, men's restroom, women's restroom, storage area, plumbing fixtures, glass block windows, concrete masonry units, stone veneer, joint & beams, cedar siding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sanitary, gas, green roof (alternate) and rain barrels. The site improvements include: site demolition, tree protection, earthwork, concrete pavement, restoration of gravel roadway, gravel roadway, gravel pathway, ADA parking and striping, electrical, sanitary, gas, water, stormwater, septic system, propane, site furnishings, gates, split rail fencing, rain garden, native seeding and restoration.
