M/WBE Scoring Method: Up to 10 Points (By percentage). 20.00% M/WBE Sealed proposals are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 14,700 linear feet of 6-inch to 18-inch sewer main by boring, tunneling and open cut method, sewer lift station decommissioning and bypassing of a lift station for the Helotes Creek Gravity Main and Lift Station No. 246 Elimination Project, SAWS Job No. 16-4403. RFCSP (Respondents) are prohibited from communicating with any other SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding this RFCSP up until the contract is awarded as outlined in the Instructions to Respondents. Due to the COVID-19 emergency and to protect the health of the public, SAWS is implementing new procedures for the submission of proposals.
