Willamette Water Supply System Water Treatment Plant (WTP1.0) Sundt Construction (Sundt) is the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Willamette Water Supply Water Treatment Plant (WTP_1.0) Project. Construction of a new, seismically resilient WTP_1.0 Project is essential to the new Willamette Water Supply System that will serve Tualatin Valley Water District, City of Hillsboro. The new WTP will initially produce up to 60 million gallons of water per day (mgd) but will be designed for a maximum of 120 mgd. All bidding subcontractors must be prequalified by the CM. GMP 1: Bid advertises Sept. 21, 2021. Bids due Nov. 11, 2021. Scopes include erosion control, tree protection, tree removal, earthwork, underground yard piping, temporary electrical, long-lead equipment purchases, and more.
