Site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Working plans call for the addition of a educational facility.
Construct a plaza seating area with a scaled replica football field along the southwest side of H.A. Chapman Stadium, at the south end Thomas Plaza, on the University of Tulsa campus Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any bid. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only by addendum and a copy of such addendum will be emailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of such documents. Oral explanations upon the Owner, Landscape Architect, or their representatives are not binding unless documented and agreed to by the Construction Manager. The Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond covering the faithful performance of the Contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder in the amount of 100 percent of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, on AIA Document A133 -2019 or forms approved by Owner, with Owner named as obligee, issued by a bonding company approved by Owner. Contractor shall not commence work hereunder until such bonds have been obtained.
