Award Project No. 21022, 5th Street Parking Lot to Vogts-Parga Construction in the amount of $445, 421.56 with a 5% construction contingency for a total project authorization not to exceed $467,692.64 and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Vogts-Parga Construction. ____________________________________________ The successful bidder will be furnished an additional three complete sets of plans and specifications. Additional sets required will be furnished at the current cost. The City of Salina, Kansas, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein. The project substantial and final completion dates have been revised to November 1, 2022 and December 1, 2022
