Project scope shall include installation of approximately 2,000 LF of 12" PVC water line and 1,700 LF of 8" sanitary sewer force main within FM 1488. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Clearing and Grubbing (include rootraking and hand picking to 24-inch depth; all cleared and grubbed debris to be disposed by the following method: disposed of offsite via containers, and/or by chipping and disposing of ground and/or chipped debris via containers, by the Contractor at no additional expense to the Owner) Right of Way Restoration, to Include, but not Limited to, Hydromulch Seeding per Specification for Erosion Control (Inclusive of Watering, Fertilizing, Mowing and Maintenance, Until a Full Stand of Grass has been Established and all Governing Agencies have Inspected and Accepted the Subject Project Into the One Year Maintenance Period; Only as Authorized, in Writing, by the Engineer). Utility Spoil to be Disposed to Specified Location Shown on Exhibit A (complete in place). Traffic Control Including, but not Limited to Plan Implementation, Set-Up, Takedown, Miscellaneous Construction Signs and Regular Maintenance as Required During Construction. If the physical address is not recognized as a USPS delivery address, you may need to validate the address with your local police (911 service) or through an online map site used to locate a site. Please confirm this to be a complete and valid address. Do not use a rural route or post office box for a site location. If a site does not have an address that includes a street (or house) number and street name, enter NO ADDRESS for the street name in Section A. In Section B provide a complete written location description. For example: "The site is located 2 miles west from intersection of Hwy 290 & IH35, located on the southwest corner of the Hwy 290 South bound lane."
