The Work consists of the construction of a parking lot, demolition of existing AC pavement, aggregate base, scarification, new base compacted to requirement, and installation of new AC pavement. Scope 1 RP.A9F20043 Laughlin Government Center, Community Resource Center & Fire Station 76 Paving Replacement The Project of which the Work of the Contract is a part titled RP.A9F20043 Laughlin; Government Center, Community Resource Center & Fire Station 76 -Paving Replacement and is located at 101 Civic Way, Laughlin, Nevada 89029. The Work is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of a parking lot, demolition of existing AC pavement, aggregate base, scarification, new base compacted to requirement, and installation of new AC pavement. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition of existing AC pavement, aggregate base, bumper blocks, haul and disposal, remove and reinstall valves, pull boxes, and manholes, earthwork, over excavate, reprocess material, haul, place, compact, import new structural fill, Asphaltic concrete paving, selective curb replacement, striping, signage, pavement markings, bumper block replacement. Scope #2 RP.A9F20017 Laughlin Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center Parking Lot Replacement The Project of which the Work of the Contract is a part titled RP.A9F20017 Laughlin Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center Parking Lot Replacement and is located at 1555 S. Casino Drive, Laughlin, Nevada 89029. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of a parking lot, demolition of existing AC pavement, aggregate base, scarification, new base compacted to requirement, and installation of new AC pavement. The Work consists of the construction of a parking lot, demolition of existing AC pavement, aggregate base, scarification, new base compacted to requirement, and installation of new AC pavement.
