Requirement for Roof Repair at Bldg 75 for North Texas Questions Due 1/17/2022 at 12:00 PM CST. Site Visit: 01/14/2022 at 10AM, see Submission of Offerors Scope of Work: The objective of this project is to provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and supervision to repair roof at Building 75 Day Care Area. Upon completion of daily work, the contractor shall clean site daily and haul away debris. Background: The project is located at Bldg. 75 on the Dallas VA Medical Center at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas, Texas 75216. The project involves the stopping water infiltration through the roofing system on the Day Care side of the Building. The roof is a combination of Built-Up Bituminous roof and Metal roofing systems. The repair to be warranted. Privacy Officer: The contractor will not have access to Patient Health Information (PHI), nor will they have the capability of accessing patient information during the services provided to the VA General Requirements Normal working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. Federal Holidays are excluded from this schedule. The Contractor shall coordinate access to the facility work site with the delegated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). To minimize disruptions, scheduling of high traffic switch upgrades will be coordinated with COR. Contractor shall verify all materials to insure size and type prior to installation. The Contractor shall coordinate all proposals for any change order with the delegated COR and shall request authorization from the Contracting Officer before any change order request is considered approved by the Contracting Officer.
