As of July 12, 2021, those who wish can obtain the tender documents on the electronic tender system at website or at the toll-free number 1- 866-669-7326 (notice number 1,508,153), and in conformity with the provisions of Article 573 of the Law on cities and towns . Those who do not have the general tender clauses, Tome II, 2003 edition of the City of Saguenay, must obtain it with the documents of this call for tenders, on website. The general tender clauses, Volume II, is an integral part of this tender. Financial guarantees and other requirements may be indicated in the tender documents. For the purposes of awarding the contract, only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and, where applicable, including the license is required under the Building Act (LRQ cB-1.1). The City of Saguenay does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the tenderer (s). award is subject to final approval.
