Renovation of a water / sewer project in Gainesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Gainesville is requesting pre-qualification of bidders for the Riverside Drive WTP FY2022 Basin Coatings Project. The work generally consists of coating interior concrete wall surfaces in Filter Basins 1, 2, 3, and Filter 3. The work includes replacing the underdrain system and media in Filter 3. The work will also include, surface preparation and painting of valves and miscellaneous piping. The work will start October 2021 and is expected to be completed in less than 150 days. The work will take place at the Riverside Drive WTP located at 2120 Riverside Drive, Gainesville, GA 30501. Pre-qualification of Bidders is required for this Project.
