Saving Project...

Site work for a mixed-use development in Prince George, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Baldy Hughes Therapeutic Community and Farm is an 80-unit transitional housing development owned by Provincial Rental Housing Corporation and operated by British Columbia New Hope Recovery Society as a long term stay therapeutic community. The site is approximately 60 acres with 20 functioning buildings. Due to the age (1954) of the site and infrastructure we are experiencing challenges related to the sanitary sewage system as well as the domestic water system including both water quality and capacity. A number of repairs have been done to the systems in recent years, though the fact remains that we are working with old systems which appear to have reached the end of their expected service life.e other Proponents at the information meeting. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from Prime Consultant services, is closed. Project manager do not release successful proponent. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
