For Stewarts Ranch Clearing in Montgomery County MUD 90. The site of the work is east of IH 45, south of Loop 336, and adjacent to and west of Ed Kharbat Road in Conroe, Texas. Scope of Work of the Contract is to clear and grub approximately 54 acres of heavily wooded property. There will be NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond acceptable to the Owner in an amount that is not less than 2% of the total amount bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor.
