Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Port Charlotte, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Charlotte County is requesting proposals from highly-qualified firms to provide professional Construction Manager (CM) at Risk services as part of a design and construction team, which includes various design and engineering consultants, stakeholders, and County staff The total project budget for the design, construction, site work, furniture, fixtures and equipment, and all fees is $19,000,000.00 Any questions can be answered by contacting Alisa L. The site is part of the District 3 campus masterplan developing 8+/- acres located at 3110 Loveland Blvd Port Charlotte, Florida. B. The new facility is estimated at 40,000 +/- square feet with final design determining the proper size within budget. C. The building delivery method is Construction Manager (CM) at Risk. D. Site lies within a residential community. E. The facility will provide space for multiple divisions of the Charlotte County Sheriff Administration Headquarters and 911 emergency.
