Renovation of a military facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the renovation of four (4) residential housing units (RHUs), located in the residential housing site (RHS) of CFSU Upland in Ottawa and identified as One RHU is 1.5 storey (CC Style), one is a 2 storey (JJ Style) and the two other houses are C style 1.5 storey houses. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 252 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 112 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
