The City of Hutto (City) is engaging a CONSULTANT to design a potable water well to be located at the Existing City of Hutto Frameswitch Pumping Station site in addition to system improvements as described in scope of services consistent with standards, procedures, and best management practices in Texas. The project will increase water supply at the Frameswitch Pumping Station to provide water service to future water users in the City's Water CCN by utilizing Aquifer Storage and Recovery.
Professional services for this project include, but are not limited to, coordination with wholesale entities, changes to the City operational control logic to make recommended improvements to distribution system SCADA programming controls, coordination with applicable agencies to obtain all required water well permits, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding, and Contract Administration Services. Project development will include the preparation of specifications, plans, permitting, identification of utility conflicts, City utility adjustments, coordination with utility companies and attending of utility coordination meetings, public involvement, and any other items necessary to successfully develop the project.
