Clark Regional Wastewater District code chapter 2.32 and RCW 39.04.155 outlines the requirements for obtaining written quotations, and the requirements for formal bids (requiring advertising and public bid opening). In brief, the District obtains quotations for public works projects or work estimated to cost $350,000 or less. If the estimated cost of the project or work is over $350,000, the formal bid process must be followed. The apparent low bidder is Jet Construction NW LLC at $74,828.52.
