Iron and steel products means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and construction materials. Contractor will be required to provide Owner documentation of the use of American Iron and Steel. The Owner encourages MBEs, WBEs, and SBRAs to submit Bid proposals. The City of Whitehall reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. MBE (6%), WBE (6.9%)
