Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
In general, the work consists of replacing HVAC Unit No. 1 and upgrade the heating and ventilation system at the Fitness Centre, including but not limited to supply and installation of the HVAC Unit, complete with a new HVAC structural frame support, new ducts and lighting upgrades inside the Fitness Centre. Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Woodstock First Nation and at the Construction Association Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John. Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of a certified cheque in the amount of ten per cent (10%) (H.S.T. included) made payable to Woodstock First Nation. * Award subject to final approval.
