Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Linesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work included under this contract consists of removal and proper disposal of two 1,000-gallon gasoline fuel USTs, concrete paving, fuel island, dispensers and appurtenances. Work also includes the construction of a new concrete pad to support the new 2,000-gallon dual compartment AST, furnishing and installing the new ethanol free gasoline and 50:1 mix gasoline dispensers, electrical connections, and all appurtenances to properly operate the new fuel system. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION AND SMALL DIVERSE BUSINESS MPLS: Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS). Failure to meet this requirement may be cause for rejection. Engineer's Estimate: $100,000 - $500,000 If a Bid Bond is Used, It Must Be on the Departments Bid Bond Form, a Copy of Which is Included in the Bid Form, and Executed by a Corporate Surety Authorized to Do Business in Pennsylvania. Personal Checks, Personal Money Orders, or Postal Money Orders Are Not Acceptable. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
