Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 11, 2021, this project will be rebid in 2022. APPROXIMATE 225 S.Y. Base Repair QUANTITIES 1,725 S.Y. Milling 150 Tons 9.5mm Wearing Course Proposals must be on the forms furnished and must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Notice is herby given that this is a Section 3 Project under the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. Prime Contractors should use the Directory of Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors. This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening thereof.
